Good Morning Homeowners,

With elections around the corner, The board of directors of Society Hill II
at Galloway Association is kindly requesting you to share your ideas for the
community’s improvement and development. Thus, We are inviting you to become a
member of the board of directors.

We understand that you may feel hesitant to accept this invitation. You
might be worried about the time you need to commit to the role or about the
(mis)perception of the job as “meddling” with your neighbors’ violations. The
response is common and reasonable, But we urge you to understand that the
boards’ role is an integral one in ensuring the success of your community.

We are asking you to join the board of directors because we believe you
possess the right qualities that can help society Hill II at Galloway
Association become the best that it can be. We are requesting to hear your
ideas on community maintenance and improvement as well as your thoughts on the
covenants and rules that govern our association.

There are a few stipulations to run for the board of trustees.

1. You must be an owner
   occupant.
2. Your account should be
   in good standing.
